This page links you to a downloadable tool that will enable us to temporarily share your screen and provide a faster, more comprehensive service.
With this tool, the ARANZ Medical support team are able to interact directly with your screen’s display of our software, to troubleshoot issues, and to access and securely transfer authorized files to and from your computer.
Follow these steps:
- Click on the button below to download a .exe file.
- Open the file (the publisher is TeamViewer).
- Click “Run” when prompted.
- Click “Yes” when asked to allow the program to make changes (a window will come up that looks like the one pictured right).
- Write down the ID/password (this will enable us to quickly reconnect and complete our support if we lose the connection).
