CHRISTCHURCH, NZ., 19 July 2016 – ARANZ Medical has been named a finalist in the Exporter of the Year category in the 2016 AmCham-DHLExpress Success and Innovation Awards, held in conjunction with Hawaiian Airlines, the 17th year of these awards celebrating success and innovationfor companies doing business with the USA.
ARANZ Medical specialises in 3D scanning and informatics solutions for the healthcare sector that transform clinical assessment processes, improve quality of care, and make service delivery more cost-effective.
Dr Bruce Davey, CEO of ARANZ Medical says, “The US market is very important to us, and a very important healthcare market worldwide, so it’s fantastic to have our success recognised by The American Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand in this way.”
ARANZ Medical’s solutions for skin and wound assessment are sold to over 35 countries and include Silhouette, an FDA-approved electronic wound assessment system, and FastSCAN, a 3D scanning system for orthotics and prosthetics.
“Our 3D scanning solutions support evidence-based healthcare and enable facilities to feed accurate information from the “point of care”, through to clinical information systems that support overall clinical management, reporting, and analysis/ decision support”, says Dr Davey.
