ARANZ Medical has made the process of submitting an Insurance Verification Request (IVR) dramatically easier for providers so that a request takes just seconds to submit. Until now it has been a time-consuming and drawn-out paper-based process. We developed the Silhouette Electronic Insurance Verification Request (eIVR) so now a Provider is able to quickly complete and submit the IVR request electronically to digitally enabled CAMPs* companies, all within Silhouette. The integrated process means the response is also returned electronically into the patient’s record in Silhouette for the Provider to act on. This is not just a significantly simpler and faster process, it has also optimized returns for the wound care company with more accurate and complete claims.
Wound Care Plus, a leading mobile wound care provider company, is the inaugural user of this innovation.
